Wore this on a 90-degree hike and the mesh-backed pockets actually let air through instead of trapping sweat. The crop length hits right at the waist, and the whole thing weighs almost nothing in my pack.
The snap front makes this so easy to throw on over a sports bra, and the crop hits right at my waist instead of bunching up. The mesh-backed pockets actually let air through, which I didn't expect to notice but totally did on a hot climb.
Wore this on a humid six-mile hike and the mesh-backed pockets actually kept my lower back from getting swampy. The snap front is easy to work one-handed, though I did have one snap pop open when I bent over.
