Wore these on a rocky creek hike last weekend and my feet felt locked in the whole time, no sliding around. The eight adjustment points really do let you dial in the fit around the arch and heel.
The adjustable straps actually stay where I put them, even after a full day of hiking and creek crossings. Only 8 parts means nothing rattles loose, which is more than I can say for my last pair.
Wore these on a two-week camping trip and the eight adjustable straps let me tweak the fit perfectly after my feet swelled from hiking. Simple, sturdy, and no blisters the whole time.
