Aurora K. ★★★★★

Took this on a two-week camping trip with the bikes and the second tier held all our gear without a wobble. Being able to grab stuff without unloading the whole rack first is the part I didn't know I needed.

Victoria ★★★★★

Wasn't sure a second tier would feel sturdy, but the top shelf locks down solid and freed up my hitch for the cooler and camp chairs on our last trip. Now I can haul both bikes and all the camping gear without playing tetris in the trunk.

Penelope Y. ★★★★★

Loading this thing up with two bikes plus a duffel for a camping weekend, and the second tier really does double what my hitch can carry. The top shelf sits high enough that grabbing gear doesn't mean unloading everything below it first.
