Wore this on a windy hike and the snap placket sealed up nicely without feeling bulky. The fleece interior is soft against the skin but the outer face actually cuts the chill. Became my go-to layer within a week.

The grid fleece interior breathes way better than my old solid fleece, so I don't overheat on chilly morning hikes. The snap front is easy to pop on over a tee, and the outer shell actually sheds a light drizzle.

The interior grid fleece traps warmth way better than I expected for how thin it feels, and the snaps make it easy to vent when I'm moving. Only gripe is the fit runs a bit trim through the shoulders, so size up if you're between sizes.
