Wasn't sure one bag could really fill the whole stern, but it wedges in snug against the sides with no center pillar to work around. Pumped it up firm and the kayak sits noticeably higher in the water now.

Took this out on a choppy lake day and my kayak sat noticeably higher and drier through the wakes. The shape really does fill the whole stern compartment on my pillar-less boat, so there's no dead space or sliding around.

Fits my old rodeo boat's stern like it was made for it, and no center pillar meant the single bag filled the whole space nicely. Only gripe is the inflation tube sits a bit awkwardly against the hull seam, but it still holds air fine after a season of use.
