Wore these straight from a swim at the lake and they dried fast enough that nobody could tell. The stretch in the ripstop makes them comfortable for a full day of walking around, and the 18 inch length hits right at the knee.
The 18-inch outseam hits right at the knee for me, and the ripstop fabric has this slightly textured feel that's held up through a bunch of washes already. Wore them straight from a swim to lunch and they dried fast enough that nobody could tell.
The ripstop fabric feels sturdy and the 18-inch length is fine for casual wear, but the spandex makes them cling a bit more than I'd like after a swim. They dry fast, which is a plus, though I expected the organic cotton blend to feel softer.
