Wore these through a full day of wet spring slush and stayed completely dry, which I honestly didn't expect at this price. The velcro belt at the waist is a small thing but it let me cinch them down over my base layer without any bunching.
Wore these all day on the mountain and stayed completely dry, which says a lot for the 5,000mm laminate. The brushed tricot lining is ridiculously cozy against bare skin, and the velcro waist belt means I could cinch them tight without a bulky buckle digging in.
