Ruby G. ★★★★★

The recipe for venison backstrap with juniper butter alone justified the price, and the 100+ recipes mean I'll be working through this for years. Instructions on breaking down a whole deer were clearer than anything I've found online.

Ellie Q. ★★★★★

I've cooked three recipes from this so far and the instructions for handling venison are clearer than anything I've found online. With over 100 recipes in here, it's going to keep me busy through several hunting seasons.

Lucy ★★★★★

The chapters on breaking down a whole deer finally made sense of what to do with all that trim meat, and the 100+ recipes mean I'm never stuck for ideas mid-season. Made the venison chili last weekend and it disappeared fast.
