The lemon zest is what gets me—it actually tastes fresh, not like candy flavoring. And the cashews are whole enough that you get a real crunch, not just crumbs. I've been tossing one in my bag for the drive to work.
I was skeptical about a snack bar tasting like a muffin, but the wild blueberries from Maine actually hold their own against the cashews. The texture is soft and chewy without falling apart in my bag, and I've been tossing one in with my morning coffee all week.
The lemon zest really comes through, and the wild blueberries taste like actual fruit instead of that fake sweet syrup stuff. I keep one in my bag for the 3pm slump and it holds me over until dinner without being heavy.
