My daughter wore this on our ski trip and didn't complain once about being cold or itchy, which is unheard of for her. The merino wool kept her dry even after a full morning of snowball fights, and it washed up without any shrinking.
The flatlock seams are the reason I’m writing this—no scratching or bunching under a snowsuit, even after hours of sledding. My son stayed dry and never once complained about the wool being itchy, which is a first for us. It’s held up to three washes so far without losing its shape.
My kid wore this base layer on our last mountain trip and stayed warm through a full day of sledding without ever complaining about itch. The wool is surprisingly soft against her skin, and it still looks brand new after three washes.
