Bought these for my son's first real mountain hike and he never once complained about his feet. The light cushioning on the bottom makes them feel sturdy without being bulky, and the merino wool didn't get that sweaty smell after a full day out.
These kept my daughter's feet warm and dry the whole way up, and the light cushioning underfoot meant no complaints about sore soles. She even asked to wear them to school the next day, so the striped crew look is a hit too.
My 7-year-old wore these on a muddy 3-mile trail and her feet stayed dry and blister-free, which has never happened before. The light cushioning underfoot seems to make a real difference on rocky ground, and the merino wool doesn't get that sweaty smell after a full day out.
