Swapped these in before a week of steep groomers and the grip underfoot is seriously confidence-inspiring. Stability on the descents is where they really shine.
The insoles gave me noticeably better grip on icy traverses, and my boots felt more stable edge to edge. Swapping them in took a bit of trimming to fit right, but worth it for the confidence on steep descents.
The grip on icy lift ramps is noticeably better than my old soles, I'll give them that. But the insole feels firmer underfoot than I expected, and after a full day my arches were aching. Fine for shorter sessions, less so for all-day skiing.
