The padded laptop sleeve is snug enough that my computer doesn't jiggle at all on my commute, and the whole pack stays upright on the train floor without slumping over. My back actually feels less sore after carrying it through the airport all day, which is a first for me.
I've never seen a backpack stand up on its own so steadily—it just stays upright on the floor, which makes packing and unpacking way less awkward. The organization pockets are simple but everything has its spot, and after a month of daily commutes it still looks sharp. Bonus points for the chiroprac
The padded laptop sleeve fits my 15-inch work machine snugly, and I love that the pack stays upright on the floor instead of flopping over like every bag I've owned. My back feels noticeably less strained after my commute, which makes the chiropractic endorsement feel earned.
