Wore this on a windy ridge hike and the FUTURELIGHT fabric actually breathes — I didn't feel clammy inside even after climbing for an hour. It kept the drizzle out completely and still packs down small enough to shove in my pack.
The rain beaded right off this jacket on a soggy trail run and I stayed completely dry underneath. I was worried the waterproof layer would feel clammy, but the fabric actually breathes on the climbs.
Wore this on a windy, drizzly hike last weekend and stayed completely dry — the FUTURELIGHT fabric actually breathes instead of turning into a sauna like my old rain shell. The hood cinches down tight without blocking my side vision.
