Three of us fit with room to spare, and we even squeezed in a fourth pad configuration on the second night. The versatility of the floor plan is what sold me, and it actually delivered.
Pitched this in the rain and stayed bone dry all night. The floor plan is genuinely roomy — we fit three wide pads side by side with a little space left over for packs.
Slept three of us plus gear comfortably with two wide pads and one regular side by side, no squeezing. The vertical walls really do make a difference when you're sitting up changing layers in the morning.
