Wore this through a solid hour of drizzle and stayed completely dry underneath. The recycled fabric has a nice matte feel instead of that plasticky raincoat look, which I appreciate.

The thigh length actually covers my whole seat when I'm biking to work, which is why I grabbed it over a shorter shell. Recycled fabric feels supple, not crinkly like my old raincoat, and it kept me dry through a soggy commute.
