My son wears these fleece pants nonstop on the sledding hill and they've held up great—no pilling after several washes. The fleece is genuinely soft, not that scratchy stuff.

These are so soft my son wore them straight from the snow fort to the couch without complaining once. The fleece layer is thick enough to keep him warm outside but not bulky under his snow pants.

Bought these for my daughter to wear under snow pants and she ended up keeping them on all afternoon. The fleece is thick enough for the walk to the hill but she says they don't itch at all. Only knock is they run a bit long on her.
