Wore this on a rainy ridge hike last weekend and stayed completely dry — the water-repellent finish actually holds up. The adjustable hood cinches down tight without blocking my peripheral vision, which I didn't expect at this price.
The pit zips on this thing are a lifesaver on steep climbs — I stayed dry without feeling like I was in a sauna. The adjustable hood actually cinches down tight when the wind picks up, and I like that the whole shell is recycled fabric.
Wore this on a drizzly ridge hike last weekend and stayed dry the whole way. The pit zips are a lifesaver when you're climbing and don't want to stop to take the jacket off, and the hood adjusts down tight in wind. Feels good knowing it's 100% recycled fabric, too.
