Die neue XTR große Bug-Motorhalterung bietet mehr Montagemöglichkeiten am Bug des XTR. Dies beinhaltet die Option, Ihren Trolling-Motor in einem 90-Grad-Winkel zu montieren.
I was worried I'd have to drill new holes in the bow, but this mount lined right up with what was already there. The 90-degree option keeps the motor tucked out of the way when I'm paddling, which is exactly what I needed. Solid piece.
The 90-degree option is what sold me, and it fit the bow of my kayak without any drilling surprises. Motor sits solid at the angle I wanted and barely flexes even in chop.
Mounting the trolling motor at 90 degrees freed up a lot of deck space up front, which I didn't expect to appreciate as much as I do. The plate itself feels solid once torqued down, though the instructions were pretty thin and I had to figure out the bolt pattern myself.
