The arch support in these actually holds up through squats and lunges without that burning ache I used to get mid-session. I've been wearing them for about a month of gym days and my knees feel noticeably less beat up afterward.

Swapped my old flat insoles out for these and the arch support made an instant difference during squats and lunges. My knees don't ache after leg day anymore, which alone was worth it.

I slip these into my trainers before leg day and the arch support actually holds up through squats and treadmill intervals. My knees feel less beat up after workouts now, which I didn't expect from an insert.
