Joshua ★★★★★

Swapping out the factory base for this was the best upgrade I've made to my setup — the LockNLoad system clicks in solid and doesn't budge even when I'm paddling through chop. The Hook2 5 fits perfectly and the whole thing feels way sturdier than the original mount.

Lily ★★★★★

The LockNLoad base holds my 5-inch unit rock solid even when the kayak's bouncing through chop. Installation was maybe ten minutes and it sits way lower profile than the stock mount did.

Leo Y. ★★★★★

Swapped out the factory base on my Hook2 4 in about ten minutes and the difference is obvious. The LockNLoad system locks the head unit down solid, no wobble at all even in chop.
