Neljä kertaa Vuoden Melamalliksi valittu Angler sai juuri päivityksen. Uusi Angler Pro ylpeilee täysin uusilla kuvioilla, jotka Bending Branchesin ProStaff-tiimi on suunnitellut. Se on edellistä Angler Pro -sukupolvea kevyempi, ja siinä on suuremmat lavat tehokkaampaa vetoa varten. Angler Pro tarjoaa tasaisen eteenpäin vievän vedon vaivattomaan melontaan.
Paddled a full day on the river with this and my shoulders weren't wrecked by the end—the lighter weight over the older version really shows. The new pattern looks sharp too, and the blades still track straight through chop.
The snap-button adjustment is what sold me — I can switch the feather angle mid-trip without fiddling with a screwdriver. Did a six-mile float last weekend and my shoulders weren't wrecked like they usually are.
The lighter weight is nice on longer days and the snap-button locks the shaft sections firmly in place. I do wish the blade patterns weren't the main selling point, because the grip gets slick once your hands are wet and there's no texture on the shaft.
