Nouse korkeammalle, vaella vapaammin.
The max cushioning on these is no joke — my feet felt fresh even after a rocky 10-miler where I usually start feeling every stone. The plush padding underfoot is exactly what I wanted for long trail days.
The 5" mini crew height actually keeps grit out of my socks on sandy descents, which I didn't expect to notice so much. Plush without feeling bulky inside my trail shoes.
The max cushioning feels great on rocky descents, but the 5" height lets in more grit than I'd like. They're decent for shorter trail runs, though I wouldn't trust them on a muddy all-day hike.
