Wore this through a full day of cold rain and stayed completely dry — the DryVent shell actually holds up. The insulated liner is warm enough for a frosty morning on its own, and I like that the hood cinches down tight when the wind picks up.
The zip-out liner is the real winner here — I wore just the shell on a mild rainy day and added the insulated layer for a cold morning walk, and both felt great. The DryVent shell actually kept me dry in steady drizzle.
