Bought this to get more prep space next to my stove and the 31-inch width fits my cutting board and a plate with room to spare. The powder coated steel wipes clean easily and hasn't shown any warping from the heat.

The 16x31 surface gives me plenty of room to set a cutting board and a couple of plates while the stove's going, and the powder coating hasn't shown a single scorch mark. Height adjust was easy to dial in too.

The heat-resistant steel top handles hot pans straight off the stove without warping. Height adjustment was a bit stiff at first, but it's solid once you set it.
