The AMID liner is what sold me — you can feel it absorb vibration on choppy groomers instead of rattling your head around. Fit was dialed right out of the box and I barely noticed it on all day.
Took a decent tumble on an icy patch and barely felt it, which says a lot about the AMID liner. The fit is snug without squeezing my head, and I forget I'm wearing it by the second run.
Wore this for a full day of groomed runs and barely noticed it was on — the AMID liner actually feels like it absorbs the small knocks instead of passing them straight to my skull. Fit was true to size with room for a thin beanie underneath.
