Took this out on a windy lake and the propulsion efficiency genuinely surprised me — way less effort per stroke than my old paddle. The no-wobble construction holds up even when I'm digging hard into chop.

Paddled about six miles down a slow river last weekend and the blades caught the water cleanly with no wobble at all, even when I dug in hard. The two-piece joint locks up solid too, no twisting mid-stroke.

The no-wobble construction really shows once you're paddling hard against wind — the blade stays solid through each stroke. Only gripe is it's a bit heavy to hold one-handed while adjusting the drip rings, but that's minor.
