The oiled leather has already darkened a bit after a month and it just looks better with wear. The soft footbed is the real star though — I can stand in these at the kitchen counter for an hour without my arches complaining.
Wore these every day on a two-week trip and the soft footbed really does mold to your arch after a few days. The oiled nubuck has picked up a nice worn patina already without looking beat up.
