Tossed this in my running vest for a half marathon and barely noticed the weight. It collapses down small enough to shove in a pocket once it's empty, which is exactly what I wanted for race day.
The bite valve actually lets me drink mid-stride without stopping to fiddle with a cap, which is exactly what I needed on race day. Once it's empty I barely notice it in my belt.
Collapsed down flat in my running vest and barely noticed it was there for the first few miles. The bite valve is the real win — I could grab a sip mid-stride without breaking rhythm.
