Wore this on a week-long desert trip and the UPF 50+ actually held up through full afternoon sun. The sunglass holder on the chest is a small thing but I used it constantly.

Wore this on a humid 8-mile hike and the back vents actually made a difference — I wasn't a sweaty mess by the end. The quick-dry nylon was dry within minutes after I rinsed it in the sink.

The back vents do help on climbs, but the sleeves feel clammy once I start sweating hard. Chest pockets fit my phone fine, though the quick-dry fabric takes longer to dry than I expected.
