The transducer arm clicks straight onto the SlideTrax rail and holds my fishfinder rock solid even through chop. Way easier than the DIY bracket I had before.
The SlideTrax mount locked my transducer in place through two miles of chop without a single wobble, and the arm adjusts high enough to keep the puck out of the paddle stroke. Installing it took maybe ten minutes on my sit-on-top.
Snapped this onto the SlideTrax rail of my 12-footer and the transducer finally sits still in chop instead of swinging around. The arm adjusts fine, though I wish the locking knob felt a little more solid when I tighten it down.
