The double-brushed organic cotton is genuinely soft — softer than flannels I've paid twice as much for. Washed it twice already and it barely shrank, plaid still looks crisp.

Wore this straight out of the bag for a weekend camping trip and it held up great — the organic cotton breathes well enough that I didn't overheat sitting by the fire. The plaid pattern also hasn't faded after three washes, which surprised me for the price.

The double-brushed cotton is noticeably softer than my other flannels, and it's held up through several washes without pilling. Wore it over a tee on a chilly morning hike and it breathed fine once things warmed up.
