The pole segments are cut short enough that the whole thing slides into my handlebar bag without me fighting it. Setup took maybe three minutes in the rain and it stayed bone dry inside.
Packed this on my gravel bike for a three-day trip and the short pole segments slid right into my frame bag without any fuss. The one-person layout gave me just enough room for my sleeping pad and a dry bag, and setup took maybe five minutes.
The short pole segments fit easily in my frame bag, which was the whole reason I went with a bikepacking-specific tent. Setup takes me a bit longer than my old two-pole tent since there are more pieces to connect, but once it's up the thing is solid in wind.
