The extra headroom from the new crossbar design actually lets me sit up and change clothes without feeling cramped. Two tall doors meant my hiking partner and I weren't climbing over each other at 2am. Worth every ounce saved.
Pitched this on a windy ridge and it barely flexed all night. The taller doors mean I can actually sit up and shuffle in without doing that awkward crawl, and I still had room to keep my pack inside.
The new crossbar makes a real difference — I can actually sit up and change layers without my head brushing the ceiling. Packed it for a three-night trip and the taller doors meant way less crawling in and out at night.
