These fit perfectly on either side of the stern pillar in my freestyle boat without crowding the cockpit. Took them out for a few sessions and they stay put and keep the stern riding high.
Wasn't sure short bags would give me enough flotation, but these fill the space beside the stern pillar tight and I barely notice them when I'm throwing the boat around. The narrow shape is what sold me, since regular bags were always bunching up against the pillar.
