Pulled a decent-sized splinter out on day two of a trip and was glad this kit had real tweezers instead of the flimsy plastic ones. Everything in it feels like proper hospital-grade stuff, not the cheap filler you usually get.

The assortment of bandages and antiseptic wipes in this kit is genuinely hospital-grade, which I didn't expect for something that fits so easily in my pack. I've already used the blister pads and gauze on two hikes and nothing felt cheap or flimsy.

Took this on a three-day backcountry trip and the contents genuinely held up—the gauze and bandages are real hospital-grade stuff, not the flimsy drugstore kind. Only gripe is the bag is a bit bulky for how little room it leaves once everything's packed in.
