The brushed cotton flannel feels broken-in right out of the package, softer than I expected for a midweight shirt. It's warm enough for a cold morning walk but doesn't make me sweat indoors, and the plaid goes with just about everything.
Wore this to a chilly football game and it kept me warm without feeling bulky. The brushed flannel has that broken-in softness right out of the package, and the plaid tones look even better in person.
The midweight brushed cotton feels soft right out of the bag, and the plaid tones are nice and muted. But the sleeves run long on me and the cut is boxier than the photos suggested, so it's more of a layer-over-a-tee shirt than something I'd wear on its own.
