The knit waistband sits flat instead of digging in, which I didn't expect at this price. The 13-inch length is perfect for golf, and the bamboo liner is so soft I forget I'm wearing shorts underneath.

The bamboo liner is ridiculously soft — no chafing at all on my 5-mile walks. The 13" length hits right above the knee so I can wear it to the office and straight to the trail.

Wore this on a 5-mile hike and the light fabric kept me from overheating, though I do wish the 13" length came in a slightly longer option for more coverage on windy days. The knit waistband never dug in, which is more than I can say for my old skorts.
