Wore these through a whole shift on wet tile and never once felt my feet slide, which is exactly why I bought them. The cushioning is seriously plush for something built to grip like this.
The water-resistant leather shrugged off a surprise drizzle on my walk to the train, and the slip-resistant sole gripped wet pavement without a wobble. Cushioning is the real winner though, my knees feel fine after long days on my feet.
