Bought these for my daughter's track practices and she says the foam actually feels bouncy under her feet, like it pushes her forward on each stride. They're light enough that she forgets she's wearing them.
These have become my son's go-to for track practice and just running around the neighborhood. The foam midsole really does feel springy underfoot, he says it makes him want to sprint everywhere.
