The extra blade length makes a real difference when you're cutting line in a hurry. Feels solid in hand and the sheath holds it tight without any rattle.
Clipped this to my PFD before a week of river paddling and it never shifted once, even through a couple of wet portages. The blade held a good edge the whole trip and the extra length came in handy for cutting rope and bait.
The extra blade length is what sold me — it cuts through rope and bait line way easier than my old folder. Only gripe is the sheath clip feels a little stiff out of the box, but it's loosening up with use.
