The nonskid soles actually grip our hardwood, so my little guy can cruise along the couch without wiping out. Fleece is genuinely warm and the elastic ankles keep them from sliding off mid-crawl.
My 9-month-old used to yank her socks off within minutes, but these stay put through crawling and pulling up on furniture. The two-layer soles feel cushy under her feet and the nonskid bottoms give her real grip on our hardwood. Fleece is soft and warm without being bulky.
The elastic at the ankles actually works — they stayed put through a whole afternoon of crawling and didn't come off once. The nonskid soles are a nice bonus on our hardwood floors, and they're soft enough that she doesn't seem to notice she's wearing them.
