Wasn't sure this little kit was worth it until I saw how flush the box sits against the T-slot crossbars now. Installation took maybe ten minutes with basic tools, and the sleeker profile cut the wind noise noticeably on the highway.
Swapped out the standard hardware for this and the box now sits nearly flush with my T-slot crossbars, way less wind noise on the highway. The bolts threaded in clean and everything lined up on the first try.
The kit dropped the box down flush against my T-slot crossbars, which killed the wind noise I used to get at highway speed. Took me maybe fifteen minutes to swap out the standard hardware. Only gripe is the bolts are a bit fiddly to thread in the channel.
