The original footbed molded to my arches within a week, and the suede upper is soft enough that I forget I'm wearing clogs. I've been slipping them on for quick errands and ended up keeping them on all day.
Wore these suede clogs straight out of the box for a full day of errands and my feet never complained once. The original footbed molds to your arch way better than I expected, and the soft suede hasn't needed any break-in at all.
