The rocker shape really does most of the work for you, especially on longer walks when my legs usually start dragging. Cushioning is soft without feeling mushy, and my knees have been noticeably happier after back-to-back days.
Wore these for a 10-mile run right out of the box and had zero blisters. The cushioning feels bottomless without turning mushy, and my knees thanked me the next morning.
The rocker shape really does most of the work for me on longer walks, it just rolls you forward without any effort. Cushioning is soft without feeling mushy, and my knees are noticeably happier after an hour on pavement.
