Wore this on a windy ridge hike and it stayed put without feeling tight. The stretch in the softshell is the real win, it moves with you instead of fighting back.
The softshell fabric actually breathes, which I didn't expect from a hat this sturdy. I've worn it on sweaty lunch runs and it stays put without getting gross. The stretch means it fits my big head fine too.
Wore this on a windy ridge hike and it stayed put the whole time—the stretch in the softshell fabric is legit. Breathes way better than my old cap, no sweat buildup even on the climb.
