Bedre enn takeaway!
The chicken pieces actually rehydrate into real tender chunks instead of those dry nuggets you usually get. Noodles came out right too, and the herbs and spices give it a proper pad thai flavor. Way better than I expected from a freeze-dried pouch.
Was skeptical about freeze-dried pad thai but the noodles came out with a proper chew, not mushy at all. The herbs and spices actually come through, and being gluten free means I can bring it on trips without worrying.
The chicken pieces actually rehydrate into something tender instead of turning chewy, which I wasn't expecting from freeze-dried. Noodles came out right with just the boiling water, and the herbs give it a real pad thai flavor rather than a bland noodle mush.
