Swapped these onto my 78" bars before a camping trip and they held my rooftop box and two bikes without any sag. The 350lb rating is exactly what I needed, though I'm careful to keep the load under 250lbs on my 66" set like the note says.
Hauling a full load of lumber on my 78" trailer with these installed and it doesn't squat near as bad going over bumps now. The 350 lb rating actually feels real. Install took me about half an hour.
