Packed these in my desk drawer and they've survived the office heat wave just fine. The freeze-dried ice cream keeps that creamy texture without any freezer, and the cookie layers still have a nice crunch.
Took one on a backpacking trip last weekend and it stayed perfectly intact in my pack all day. The freeze-dried ice cream is surprisingly creamy once it hits your tongue, and not needing a cooler is the whole reason I bought it.
Took one on a hiking trip and the freeze-dried ice cream held up surprisingly well—creamy once it hit my tongue, no freezer needed. The cookie layers got a little crumbly in my pack, but honestly still worth it.
