The nonstick coating actually holds up — I fried eggs in it over a camp stove and nothing stuck, which I honestly didn't expect from a camping pot. The 2.5 liter size is just right for two people with leftovers, and it packs down without taking over my bag.
Took this on a three-day trip and cleanup was the best part—nothing stuck after simmering beans, just a quick wipe and it looked new. The 2.5 liter size fed two of us comfortably with a little left over.
The ceramic nonstick really is as worry-free as claimed—eggs slid right out with barely any oil, and cleanup was a quick wipe. The 2.5 liter size is perfect for two people, and it's light enough to actually carry along without dreading it.
